EXPIRATION POLICY – All pre-purchased lessons must be completed within 3 months from the date of purchase. All lessons not completed within 3 months of the date of purchase will expire and all credit and money paid will be forfeited. Please note: Coach availability issues will be handled on a case by case basis. Thank you for your understanding.
PAYMENT/REFUND POLICY – All lessons must be paid for, at the latest, at the conclusion of the lesson. Thank you for your understanding and we greatly appreciate your payment at the time we provide your service. Additionally, we DO NOT provide refunds on lessons. If you decide to purchase several lessons at a time, we will provide those lessons until the set of lessons is completed in the 3 month period.
CANCELLATION POLICY – You MUST give me at least 24 hours notice to cancel your lesson. We typically utilize a “3 strike” policy when dealing with late cancellations and no-shows. Please do not make a “habit” of canceling the day of your scheduled lesson because, after “3 strikes” we will start charging you.
